Thomas Burt is a Managing Director and Head of Private Wealth Americas at Golub Capital, a market-leading, award-winning direct lender and experienced private credit manager. As of January 1, 2026, Golub Capital had over $90 billion of capital under management, a gross measure of invested capital including leverage. Golub Capital partners with institutional investors and family offices, offering tailored solutions for investors' credit asset strategies. Mr. Burt joined Golub Capital in 2022 and serves as Managing Director and Head of Private Wealth Americas within the Investor Partners Group. He oversees the firm's distribution, marketing, and client service activities for the private wealth channel across North and South America.

Prior to joining Golub Capital, Mr. Burt was a Managing Director in the U.S. Wealth Advisory business at BlackRock, where he served as Head of Alternatives Distribution. Before that, he was Managing Director and National Sales Manager for the Wirehouse channel at BlackRock. He also held several other leadership positions at BlackRock, including National Sales Manager for the Bank channel and the Private Client and Institutional team. Earlier in his career, Mr. Burt worked at Nuveen Investments in various sales and distribution roles.

Mr. Burt earned a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from the University of Virginia. He is a CFA Charterholder and a member of the CFA Institute and the Philadelphia Society of Financial Analysts.

Daniel Celeghin

Chief Operating Officer

Daniel Celeghin (New York) joined KKR in 2022 and is Chief Operating Officer for Global Client Solutions. Mr. Celeghin joined KKR from strategy consulting firm Indefi, where he served as U.S. managing partner. Prior to Indefi, Mr. Celeghin was head of strategy at AQR Capital Management. Earlier in his career, Mr. Celeghin spent 16 years as a strategy consultant with Casey Quirk, initially out of New York and ultimately as partner and head of APAC out of Hong Kong, an office he founded. As a management consultant he worked closely with over 150 asset managers across all major markets and asset classes. He has a B.S. in Operations Research and Industrial Engineering from Cornell University.

Holly Framsted

Head of Global Product Strategy

Holly Framsted is head of the product group at Capital Group. She has 21 years of investment industry experience and has been with Capital Group for five years. Prior to joining Capital, Holly was a managing director at BlackRock and held various ETF product leadership roles, including responsibility for the development and commercialization of BlackRock's Factor, Sustainable and Megatrends ETFs for U.S. investors. She also spent time as a portfolio manager for the Index Equity team, where she was responsible for the management of various global equity portfolios for iShares, retail and institutional accounts. She holds a bachelor's degree in psychology from the University of California, Los Angeles. She also holds the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation. Holly is based in Los Angeles.

Nicholas Graham

Nicholas Graham is Vice President of Government Affairs at Invesco. In this role, he fosters strong relationships with government and industry stakeholders, analyzes key policy issues, and represents Invesco in high-level meetings to support the firm's priorities.

Mr. Graham joined Invesco in 2024. Prior to joining the firm, he served as an economic policy legislative assistant for U.S. Senator Gary Peters in the U.S. Senate. Before that, he worked in wealth management at Goldman Sachs. Prior to that, he was a government sanctions and interdiction analyst at Western Union Business Solutions.

Mr. Graham earned a BBA in management from the Price College of Business at the University of Oklahoma.

Ron Miller

Ron Miller is Managing Director and Head of Investment Solutions at CAIS, where he leads the firm's investment products, manager research, strategic partnerships, and distribution intelligence teams. He works closely with leading asset managers to drive product innovation, accelerate capital formation, and advance the wealth management industry's adoption of private markets. He also works with industry organizations and policymakers on initiatives that broaden access to private markets and support the continued evolution of the investment ecosystem.

Prior to joining CAIS, Ron spent more than a decade at Morgan Stanley in senior leadership roles, including Head of Product Development, Chief Operating Officer of the New England Region, and Director of Relationship Management. Across these roles, he led product strategy, advisor enablement, and strategic partnerships supporting one of the industry's largest wealth management platforms.

Ron holds an M.S.Ed. from the University of Pennsylvania and a B.A. from Temple University. He serves on the board of the Expect Miracles Foundation and is an Ambassador for the Robin Hood Foundation. He is based in Scituate, Massachusetts.

George Stephan

Global Chief Operating Officer

George Stephan is the Global Chief Operating Officer for Franklin Templeton’s Private Markets business. In his role, he is responsible for overseeing the delivery of the firm’s private markets platform to the global wealth management channel. Mr. Stephan oversees product innovation and development including Franklin Templeton’s Private Markets evergreen product suite, as well as investor relations, operations and strategic initiatives across the business. He also sits on the firm’s Management Committee.

Prior to joining Franklin Templeton, Mr. Stephan spent five years at Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co. (“KKR”), where he served as Head of Strategy and Business Development for the firm’s Global Client Solutions business and before that, held the roles of Chief Operating Officer and Head of Investor Relations for KKR’s Global Wealth Solutions business in the Americas. He also led the firm’s private wealth expansion into Canada.

Over the course of his career, Mr. Stephan has been actively involved in global capital formation and business development within private markets, including the development of new investment strategies, product innovation, and firmwide strategic initiatives.

Prior to joining KKR, he spent nine years earlier in his career at Morgan Stanley as an executive within the firm's wealth management alternative investments division.

Mr. Stephan holds a B.S. in Finance and an M.B.A. from Wagner College. Mr. Stephan currently serves on the Board of Corastone and the Institute for Portfolio Alternatives (IPA) and as a Board Observer for CAIS. He also serves on the Leadership Advisory Council of Wagner College’s Nicolais School of Business.

Chris Wilson

Chris Wilson is head of IM product and strategy at Voya Investment Management, responsible for strategy, product development and solutions. This includes providing key insights and leadership in strategic positioning for growth, while managing IM’s evolving array of products and client solutions. Chris also serves as a partner to the Mutual Fund Board and president of the Voya Mutual Funds. Previously, Chris was Voya’s head of global client portfolio management. Prior to joining Voya, he was head of the North America fixed income client portfolio management team at AllianceBernstein, where he began his career and served in multiple roles including fixed income portfolio manager, currency trader, quantitative analyst and head of fixed income product management. Chris earned a BS in mathematics/management from LeMoyne College and is a CFA® Charterholder.
