Mr. Burt joined Golub Capital in 2022 and serves as Managing Director and Head of Private Wealth Americas within the Investor Partners Group. He oversees the firm's distribution, marketing, and client service activities for the private wealth channel across North and South America.

Prior to joining Golub Capital, Mr. Burt was a Managing Director in the U.S. Wealth Advisory business at BlackRock, where he served as Head of Alternatives Distribution. Before that, he was Managing Director and National Sales Manager for the Wirehouse channel at BlackRock. He also held several other leadership positions at BlackRock, including National Sales Manager for the Bank channel and the Private Client and Institutional team. Earlier in his career, Mr. Burt worked at Nuveen Investments in various sales and distribution roles.

Mr. Burt earned a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from the University of Virginia. He is a CFA Charterholder and a member of the CFA Institute and the Philadelphia Society of Financial Analysts.

Dominick Carlino

Dominick has 20+ years of experience in alternatives distribution. Before joining PGIM Investments, he was a Managing Director at Merrill Lynch Global Wealth & Investment Management, heading Alternative Investment Distribution. Prior to that, he was an Executive Director at Morgan Stanley Alternative Investment Partners, where he distributed alternative investments across institutional and individual investor channels. He also has worked in various roles at Susquehanna International Group, Fleet Securities, and Martindale Andres & Co.

Dominick earned an M.B.A. as well as a B.A. in finance from Villanova University.

Daniel Celeghin

Daniel Celeghin (New York) joined KKR in 2022 and is Chief Operating Officer for Global Client Solutions. Mr. Celeghin joined KKR from strategy consulting firm Indefi, where he served as U.S. managing partner. Prior to Indefi, Mr. Celeghin was head of strategy at AQR Capital Management. Earlier in his career, Mr. Celeghin spent 16 years as a strategy consultant with Casey Quirk, initially out of New York and ultimately as partner and head of APAC out of Hong Kong, an office he founded. As a management consultant he worked closely with over 150 asset managers across all major markets and asset classes. He has a B.S. in Operations Research and Industrial Engineering from Cornell University.

Ethan Corey

With more than 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, Ethan Corey is a seasoned investment management lawyer.

Ethan has deep knowledge in distribution issues (including FINRA rules), as well as those related to the Investment Company Act of 1940 and the Investment Advisers Act of 1940.

Ethan has also counseled clients on matters related to Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board (MSRB) rules and regulations set forth by the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC), as well as the UK Financial Conduct Authority's (FCA) Conduct of Business Rules and European legislative frameworks such as MiFID II.

Ethan is a recognized industry leader in the financial services area and a frequent speaker at conferences and seminars and has authored articles on a wide variety of securities regulation issues. Ethan has also been an effective advocate with regulators as a member of industry trade groups. He combines an extensive knowledge of the regulatory and statutory framework with a practical perspective that he brings to the issues.

Prior to joining Eversheds Sutherland, Ethan was a partner in the financial services practice of a national law firm and spent more than 14 years as an attorney at a global investment management company where he was senior vice president and associate general counsel. In this role, he oversaw global regulatory initiatives and supervised the legal department's distribution, regulatory and corporate group, which supported the company's institutional investment advisory business.

Ethan began his career as an attorney-adviser in the Division of Market Regulation in the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). He later served as a senior counsel in the Division of Investment Management at the SEC and as counsel in the financial services practice of an international law firm.

Jennifer Debrosky

Nicholas Graham

Prior to joining Cerulli Associates, Daniil was part of the Product Management and Business Intelligence teams with the MainStay Funds, part of New York Life Investment Management. At MainStay, Daniil supported sales efforts via fund and ETF competitive analysis, product research, and publishing of marketing materials, as well as performance reporting. Before New York Life, Daniil was part of the risk management practice at Accenture and held risk and compliance roles at HSBC’s investment bank.

George Stephan

Mr. Stephan oversees product innovation and development including Franklin Templeton’s Private Markets evergreen product suite, as well as investor relations, operations and strategic initiatives across the business. He also sits on the firm’s Management Committee.

Prior to joining Franklin Templeton, Mr. Stephan spent five years at Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co. (“KKR”), where he served as Head of Strategy and Business Development for the firm’s Global Client Solutions business and before that, held the roles of Chief Operating Officer and Head of Investor Relations for KKR’s Global Wealth Solutions business in the Americas. He also led the firm’s private wealth expansion into Canada.

Over the course of his career, Mr. Stephan has been actively involved in global capital formation and business development within private markets, including the development of new investment strategies, product innovation, and firmwide strategic initiatives.

Prior to joining KKR, he spent nine years earlier in his career at Morgan Stanley as an executive within the firm's wealth management alternative investments division.

Mr. Stephan holds a B.S. in Finance and an M.B.A. from Wagner College. Mr. Stephan currently serves on the Board of Corastone and the Institute for Portfolio Alternatives (IPA) and as a Board Observer for CAIS. Chris Wilson
