We are proud to continue our Nicsa Gives Back initiative by supporting organizations that make a meaningful impact in our communities. During the 2026 Fearless Leadership Symposium, Nicsa is partnering with Out My Closet for a clothing drive benefiting young adults in need.
Out My Closet provides quality clothing to individuals ages 15-40, helping empower confidence, dignity, and opportunity through access to professional and everyday apparel. We encourage all attendees to participate by donating new or gently worn clothing items during the FLS.

Clothing Donation Guidelines Please ensure all donated items meet the following requirements: - Items must be laundered - Clothing should be new or gently worn - Donations must be free of stains, rips, broken zippers, excessive wear, or animal hair - Footwear must be cleaned and in excellent condition - Items should be youth-appropriate for individuals ages 15-40 - Undergarments, bedding, and home furnishings cannot be accepted - Please avoid faded or heavily worn items, including clothing with sweat residue, fiber balls, cracked prints, or visible damage - Corporate-branded or promotional apparel, including race shirts or giveaway items, cannot be accepted
Out My Closet aims to provide stylish, contemporary clothing similar to brands such as Aritzia, GAP, Zara, H&M, and Polo.
Most Needed Items Out My Closet currently has an urgent need for: - Denim jeans - Masculine clothing - Gender-neutral clothing items
