Criteria

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience
• Demonstrates the creativity, passion, and drive to deliver meaningful client outcomes
• Exhibits the potential to become a transformational leader in the industry
• Willing to engage in a leadership training program for six months (one session per month via Zoom during the workday)

Recognized efforts may include (but not limited to): Data-driven wholesaling, digital engagement, advisor enablement, client segmentation, etc.
