Over the course of the last few months, leaders in the asset management industry have adapted to the new reality brought upon by the COVID-19 pandemic. In the face of continued uncertainty, firms are doing all they can to develop policies and processes that will ensure a safe return to the workplace. Read our blog, Business Continuity Experts on Developing a “Return to the Workplace” Roadmap. This is one of many themes we will be addressing in October; we are eager to hear from multiple perspectives of thought leaders throughout the industry. We hope you join us.

    SPOTLIGHT: INCLUSION IN ACTION
Justine_1539953.pngFounding Member J.P. Morgan recently invited Justine Phoenix, Head of Diversity Project North America, to participate in an internal round table discussion led by their AsPIRE & BOLD Business Resource Groups, titled “Rediscovering Ourselves: Understanding Racism and Discrimination in the Workplace.” The event featured senior leaders from JPM and explored the biases that shape the way teams are led and managed. This program was a great example of how firms can demonstrate their commitment to cultivating an inclusive environment. Read Justine's blog, "Repeat After Me, Am I an Anti-Racist?"
