Terrence O'Toole

Terry works on the Taft-Hartley Client Service team within North America Distribution for BNY Investments, managing relationships with institutional clients and consultants in New England and the Midwest. Beyond his primary role, Terry is deeply involved in BNY’s Belonging & Inclusion and E/BRG networks. In 2024, he co-led the global E/BRG mentoring program, supporting over 1,200 employees, including senior executives and interns.
