2003 NICSA/William T. Black Scholarship
Awards
The NICSA/William T. Blackwell Scholarship Fund, established
in 1995 by the NICSA Board of Directors as a tribute to past
president Bill Blackwell, recognizes the achievements of the
children of employees of NICSA member companies.
Since the scholarship’s inception, NICSA has been able
to contribute $141,000 in awards to NICSA member company families
to help students with financial need reach their goals.
