The Exhibitor/Conference Program Directory will be distributed to all conference attendees. This is a complete listing of all Conference Exhibitors and their location in the Exhibit Hall, as well as a comprehensive listing of all program events and sessions. It includes biographies of conference speakers.

Other sponsorship opportunities include Receptions, The 19th Hole, Room Key Cards, Kiosk Machines and Attendee Registration Packet.  The sponsoring companies will be acknowledged on the Conference website, in the pre-conference literature and in on-site conference literature.

Receptions
The receptions are a great vehicle to maximize a sponsor's visibility by distributing promotional gifts or company literature to reception attendees. Receptions will take place in the Exhibit Hall. Sponsors will be acknowledged on the Conference website, in the pre-conference literature and in on-site conference literature and signage if received in time. A 6' skirted table will be available for sponsor use upon request.

Reception at the 19th Hole
The 19th Hole is the post-tournament reception on Monday where participants gather to view their scores and collect prizes. All conference golfers, attendees and exhibitors are welcome at this coveted event. Sponsorship includes: signage identifying the sponsor company at the reception, one 6' skirted table for sponsor use (upon request), logo to appear in golf guide, brochure and on nicsa.org.

Company Logo on Room Key Cards
Get your company logo on the key cards at the JW Marriott.  The sponsoring company is responsible for working with the JW Marriott's vendor to have key cards made (NICSA will make the introduction).  NICSA will handle the relationship with the JW Marriott to ensure that these logo key cards are distributed to all guests staying at the JW Marriott for the NICSA Technology Summit.

Kiosk Machines
Host free internet service for all Technology Summit attendees with your logo on the kiosk machine! These machines will sit in the pre-foyer area by the ballroom/exhibit hall. Sponsor will work directly with our kiosk company to customize the kiosks' look.

Attendee Registration Packet
Welcome NICSA attendees with your logo on the attendee canvas bag or name badge lanyard. You can also have your branded gift included in the packet that participants receive.

Paper& Pens
Pads of paper and pens at each place setting with your company logo on them. Sponsor to produce and ship to hotel.

Literature Placement
Supply us with your marketing materials or small gift to be placed on attendee chairs during the conference. A great way to bring traffic to your booth!

The tournament is scheduled for Monday, October 27, 2008 the Tournament Players Club at the Canyons. The course will accommodate up to 144 players. All sponsor names will appear in the Golf Tournament Guide.

Bottled Water on Cart
One sponsorship is available.  Put your company logo on bottles of water to be placed on each golf cart. Sponsor logo to appear in golf guide.

Boxed Lunch
One sponsorship is available.  Golf Tournament sponsorship includes: signage identifying the sponsor company and company logo printed on the NICSA Golf Tournament Guide. The sponsor is responsible for the cost of box breakfasts for tournament participants. No additional fees would apply.

Golf Hole/Tee Sponsorship
Buy sponsorship of a hole/tee on one or two courses for best value and maximum visibility. Sponsorship includes one 6' skirted table for sponsor use (upon request) and signage at your hole/tee.   Each sponsored tee must have one representative from your company present.

The following are the golf hole sponsorships available on each course with a brief description:

• Longest Drive Contest - Sponsor is responsible for determining contest rules, contest winners, awarding prizes and staffing the golf tee.
• Closest to the Pin Contest - Sponsor is responsible for determining contest rules, contest winners, awarding prizes and staffing the golf tee.
• Hole-in-One Contest - Sponsor is responsible for contracting insurance, awarding prize and staffing golf tee.
• Refreshment Sponsor - Sponsor is responsible for providing refreshments, contacting the TPC at the Canyons directly to make arrangements and staffing golf tee (NICSA to provide contact info).
• Team Photograph - Sponsor is responsible for contracting photographer and distributing pictures to players after the tournament at the reception at the 19th Hole.
• Hit the Ball with a Golf Pro - Sponsor is responsible for contracting golf pro and staffing golf tee.
• Gift Giveaway at Hole - Sponsor is responsible for having some type of fun giveaway at the hole and staffing the tee.
• Raffle - Grab a fish bowl and have golfers drop their business cards in it as they pass through.  At the Reception at the 19th Hole, pick a name and give away a great, unforgettable gift! Sponsor is also responsible for staffing the tee.
• Tee Sponsor - Want to have your company participate as a sponsor at the golf tournament but don't have the staff to sit at the hole? NICSA will provide signage with your company logo and list you in the golf directory as a tee sponsor.
