Spouses/Companions
Spouses/Companions must be registered to attend all NICSA functions. Spouse/Companion fee includes admission to the educational sessions, the exhibit hall and all breakfasts, lunches, receptions- including the Tuesday evening Theme Party. Spouse/Companion registration rate applies only to non-industry guests of attendees.

Non-members
Consider a cost-effective NICSA corporate membership and attend the conference at the member rate! Membership packages start at $1,500 and will benefit all employees at your firm. Please contact Barb Davis, Membership Relations Manager, at 508-485-1500 for more information.

Climate and Conference Attire
Miami enjoys year-round sunshine and an average temperature of 75 degrees. Dress at the conference is business casual.

Conference Sponsor/Affiliate Functions
Please note that all sponsor/affiliate functions must be approved by the NICSA office. No function can conflict with the meeting agenda including meal/reception functions and exhibit hall time.

Media
Please note that members of the media may be invited to the conference and may be present throughout.

Audience Use of Electronic Equipment
The use of electronic equipment including recording devices, cameras, and laptop computers is prohibited during program sessions. Please remember to turn off beepers and cell phones.
