Join conference attendees and sponsors for this annual
NICSA tradition. The NICSA Golf Tournament will be played on Doral's
famour Blue Monter, Red and Gold courses. The format will be a scramble,
all levels of players are welcome! Following the tournament, prizes
will be awarded at the Reception at the 19th Hole.
Want to play on the Blue Monster, Gold or Red? Just let us know.
New this year: request the course of your choice. NICSA
will make every effort to accommodate requests on a first-come,
first-served basis. Get your requests in early!

Golf Tournament Registration
Space is limited and pre-registration is required. A service charge
of $150 per golfer will be assessed to defray tournament costs.
To register, complete the appropriate section of the attendee
conference registration form or on the activities
registration form. Only conference registrants may participate.
Tournament Pairings
You may indicate your course preference and your foursome by filling
out the Team Request section of the Attendee Conference Registration
Form. Please be sure sure that all your partners are registered
for the conference and that they submit the same
pairing and course request on their forms.
All other golfers will be assigned to foursomes. Please provide
actual or estimated handicap to help in creating the teams.
Each golfer will receive a team confirmation via email a few days
prior to the event.
Note: The field is limited, so act now! Registration forms must
be received at NICSA by January 10, 2008. |

After the Tournament, take the path to the Spa Grand
Terrace and meet at the Reception at the 19th Hole for tournament
scores and prizes and to network with the sponsors, exhibitors and
conference attendees.

Doral’s golf department will accept tee times
60 days prior to a guest’s arrival. NICSA attendees who are
registered guests of the Doral Golf Resort and Spa are eligible
for a 20% discount on greens fees.
To schedule tee times, please contact the golf department directly
at 1-800-71-DORAL. A major credit card will be requested to secure
tee times.
Golf Tee Time Cancellations
Should you need to cancel a tee time, please call Doral’s
golf department 72 hours prior to your scheduled tee time. Individuals
will be responsible for fees associated with tee times not canceled.
Proper Golf Attire
To play on Doral Golf Courses you must wear acceptable attire, which
consist of a collared shirt, long pants or walking shorts. T-shirts,
tank tops, athletic shorts, cut-offs or jeans are unacceptable.
Metal spikes are not allowed. For a fee, the Doral will re-spike
golf shoes. Sneakers may be worn. |

Treat
yourself to a very special experience sailing aboard the Island
Queen, which offers the utmost in comfort and style. The vessel
features an air-conditioned lower salon- enclosed in picture windows-
as well as an upper-deck where you may take in the fresh ocean breeze.
The good life in South Florida is nowhere better displayed than
along Biscayne Bay and the various Islands. During the 2-hr cruise,
the narrator will entertain you with his hilarious antics as he
regales stories and glimpses into the historical past and present
of Miami.
The cruise passes by many homes of the rich and famous including
the waterfront mansions of Julio Iglesias, the Parker Pen estate
and Sony Records new estate. This cruise allows one to peek into
the backyards of many celebrities such as Rosie O’Donnell,
Ricky Martin, Gloria Estafan and Barry Gibb. Other properties of
interest include the honeymoon cottage of Liz Taylor and Eddie Fisher
and the home used in the film “The Specialist” that
starred Sharon Stone and Sylvester Stallone. On Palm Island see
one of Al Capone’s old mansions.
Participants meet at the Doral Resort lobby entrance at 12:30 p.m.
Bus will leave at 12:45 p.m. and return to the hotel around 5:30
p.m.
Pre-registration and a fee of $65 is required to reserve your space

registration form. Confirmation of your participation will be
available at the NICSA Registration Desk. Spouses and children (accompanied
by an adult) are welcome to register for this tour. |

Join us for a fun and informational wine tasting. Experience the
three grape varietals of champagne: Chardonnay,k Pinot Meunier and
Pinot Noir. Taste the varietals individually as still wines then
experience the varietals and how they make up champagne and sparkling
wine.
